As an architect, returning to the tactile roots of drawing and painting has reawakened a sense of creative directness and discovery in the last few years. Working from the human form through life drawing, continually sketching while traveling and now exploring the rich textures of oil and cold wax painting, each practice invites a renewed engagement with observation, material and place. This personal journey bridges my architectural background and artistic instincts, allowing me to capture fleeting moments, shifting light and intricate forms- whether in a travel sketchbook or on a textured canvas.
